Refund Policy

30-Day Unconditional Guarantee for SaaS-Performance Clients

As a valued client of SaaS-Performance, you are entitled to an unconditional 30-day guarantee. This guarantee applies to all services currently offered, with the exceptions listed below, during the first 30 days of the contract.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the service provided by SaaS-Performance during this period, you may request a full refund of the amount paid by writing to billing@saas-performance.com. The following services are not covered by the 30-day guarantee:

Fees for the registration, renewal of domain names (both national and international) including maintenance fees.
Fees paid for optional services not included in the standard offer.
Fees paid for contract renewals and/or upgrades.
Fees paid for the activation of dedicated servers and colocation services (setup fees/installation fees).
Monthly subscriptions paid for dedicated servers and colocation services.
Amounts eligible under the 30-day guarantee will be refunded within a maximum of 30 days from the date of your request. The refund will be made in full.

For refunds, we will use the same payment method you used to make the payment to SaaS-Performance, namely via Stripe or bank transfer.
