Most small and mid-sized businesses don’t fail because they lack skill. They struggle because information lives in too many places: a notebook at reception, a spreadsheet in the office, a chat thread on someone’s phone.
What we saw first
When we started SaaS-Performance in 2019, we worked on back-office, data and reporting tasks for other companies. That gave us a close look at how work really flows, and where it gets stuck: repeated data entry, unclear statuses, and customers calling just to ask “is it ready?”.
Why workshops
A body repair shop or an auto service center is a perfect example of a business built on jobs, parts, people and promises. Every vehicle is a small project with an estimate, stages, deliveries and an invoice. Software should make that process visible to everyone involved. That is the idea behind BMS Auto.
Why bookings
The same pattern appears in clinics, studios and rental businesses: customers want to choose a time, receive a confirmation and get a reminder. Booking takes that routine away from the phone and puts it in a calendar that works day and night.
How we work
We run the products we build, so we care about stability, security and support, not just launch day. When a customer needs something unique, we build it with the same standards: clear scope, honest timelines and direct access to the engineers.
