How SaaS-Performance collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit this website or contact us. Last updated: October 24, 2026.

1. Who we are

This website is provided under the name “SaaS-Performance” by the following group of companies: TGI ONE LIMITED (England and Wales, company number 17522395, 29 Devonshire Close, Grays, England, RM20 4BT, United Kingdom), TGI ONE s.r.o. (IČO 24024953, Rybná 716/24, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic) and BTBFORCE SERVICES SRL (CUI 41279183, Piața Montreal nr. 10, Sector 1, București, Romania). Each company acts as a data controller for the personal data it handles; the company responsible for your data is the one that answers your request or contracts with you, as stated in our reply, offer or agreement. Full details are on our company details page. For any privacy question, write to irequest [at] saas-performance.com and we will direct it to the right company.

2. Data we collect

  • Contact and request data: name, email address, company, phone number, country or region, the topic you are interested in and the message you send through our contact form or by email.
  • Support data: information you provide when you open a request, and the history of our conversation, so we can solve your issue.
  • Chat data: your name, optional email address, the messages you send and the page you were on when you started a chat. A random conversation identifier is kept in your browser (local storage) so the conversation can continue, and your IP address is stored only in a hashed form to prevent abuse.
  • Live visit data: while you browse this website, our team can see — in an internal view — an approximate country (derived from your IP address, which is not stored), the page you are on, the website you came from, your browser language, time zone and device type. It is used to understand current visits and to answer chat requests, is kept for up to 24 hours, is not linked to you personally and does not store anything on your device. We respect browser “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control signals.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device and pages requested, recorded in standard server logs for security and reliability.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data through this website, and we ask you not to send any.

3. Why we use your data

  • To answer your questions, schedule demos and send proposals (steps taken at your request, or our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries).
  • To provide onboarding and support to customers (performance of a contract).
  • To keep the website secure and working (legitimate interest).
  • To comply with legal obligations, where applicable.
  • To send updates about our products, only where you have agreed to receive them. You can withdraw consent at any time.

4. Who receives your data

We share data only when needed to operate the website and our services:

  • hosting and infrastructure providers that run this website and our chat and contact form storage;
  • the ticketing and support system we use to track and answer your requests;
  • email providers that deliver our messages to you;
  • Google Fonts, which serves the fonts used on this website and therefore receives your IP address when a page loads (see our cookie policy).

We do not sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

We work from the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic and Romania, and some providers may process data elsewhere. Transfers between the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area rely on adequacy decisions. For other transfers we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.

6. How long we keep data

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected: to handle your request, to provide the service you use, and to meet legal and accounting obligations. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.

7. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to access your data, correct it, have it erased, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to irequest [at] saas-performance.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In the United Kingdom this is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), ico.org.uk. You may also contact the authority in your own country, for example the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ) or the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).

8. Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration, including encrypted connections, access control and regular backups.

9. Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our website and services evolve. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
